These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and FO&WO VENTURES SP. Z O.O. ("Company", "we", "us"), regarding your access to and use of the Lustra mobile application, website, and AI-powered legislative infrastructure (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Service Description

Lustra is an AI-driven civic intelligence platform. The Service utilizes proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) to ingest, process, and sterilize legislative data from government sources (e.g., US Congress, Polish Sejm). Key features include:

• AI Context Sterilization™: Automated generation of neutral summaries from legislative texts.
• Civic Algorithm: A user-driven consensus layer that prioritizes legislative visibility based on community engagement.
• Grassroots Platform: A feature allowing users to draft and submit legislative proposals for AI analysis and community validation ("Legislative Parity").

2. Account Registration

• To access advanced features (Voting, Grassroots Platform, Notifications), you must register an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
• To use the app, you must be at least 16 years old. The Service is not intended for children under 16. By creating an Account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property & Data Usage

• Source Data: Raw legislative texts and voting records displayed in the Service are public domain information sourced from official government APIs.
• Proprietary Content: The AI-generated summaries, "Key Points," titles, UI/UX design, and the "Civic Algorithm" methodology are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share content via the built-in "Share" functionality (Viral Cards).
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose (data scraping).
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
  • Use the Service to train other AI models or machine learning algorithms.

4. User-Generated Content (Grassroots Legislation)

• By submitting content to the Grassroots Legislation (e.g., bill proposals), you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, and display such content within the Service.
• You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
• • Citizen Projects submitted through the platform undergo verification before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove any user-generated content that violates the law (e.g., hate speech, violence) or these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high accuracy in our AI processing, LLMs may occasionally produce errors ("hallucinations"). The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data provided. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FO&WO VENTURES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Beta Features

Certain features of the Service (including the Grassroots Legislation) may be identified as "Beta." These features may contain bugs and may be subject to change or removal without notice.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
